Refund and Exchanges

All orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) will no longer qualify for a refund.

Purchasers of defective/broken items may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item within 1 year of that purchase.

If the item you ordered is damaged/faulty, or if you received an incorrect item, or if you are missing an item, you can contact our customer service representatives using info@DivineSupervision.com.

You’ll receive a refund or replacement if the item is received and if the item is in stock.
Please allow up to 7 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed. 

Processing a return with a company-provided label

Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time. 

Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.

  1. Put the “RETURN DETAIL” into the box before sealing it
  2. Seal the package

Return reasons are as follows:

  • Size issue
  • Damaged / Defective
  • Color faded / Discolored
  • Damaged in transit
  • Replacement
  • Exchange

Returns without label

You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Divine Supervision is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

International Order Returns

With regards to the return policies for orders shipped internationally and returns from military addresses outside of the United States, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.

CANCELATIONS

If you have placed an order, you may request a cancelation and a full refund within 5 hours of the initial order.

Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if they are not yet processed) for a full refund.

Special Sales and Promo Codes

You can only use one promo code per order. Special sales are set within a specific timeframe and will only apply to orders placed within that timeframe/schedule.
