HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check your order status by clicking on the Track Your Order link at the top of this page. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@DivineSupervision.com.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED AND/OR SHIPPED?

Upon completion of your order/checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form or email us at info@DivineSupervision.com.Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing** (depending on the time the order is placed). Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive (dependent upon your location and shipping method). You have the option to ship via USPS or UPS for all domestic orders. Divine Supervision will ship all packages out of our Austin, Texas warehouse.

WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes. We offer multiple expedited options. Rates are determined at checkout based on weight & location. The cutoff times for UPS Next Day Air & USPS Priority Mail Express same-day shipments are Monday-Friday 2 PM Central Time.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, FPOS AND APOS?

Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes, FPOs, and APOs.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

We ship via DHL Express - rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. To choose DHL Express, please select this option as you are checking out online for best-in-class service.

CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes, we deliver to multiple addresses 

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment).

All return items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Divine Supervision reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

To return or exchange an item, please send us a message via our online Contact Form. Please include your order number in your response.

** Divine Supervision does not provide shipping labels for returns unless your product was damaged

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon email receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE WITH YOUR ORDER?

Divine Supervision provides a shipping insurance option to accompany your order. This is useful in the event of any damage or peril to your item that may lead to any of the following:

- Replacement of original order

- Refund of the original order

- Issue a gift card of equal value

Shipping insurance is eligible in the US only.

Our 18k gold and silver finishes give our products a unique appearance. All of our products are plated nickel-free and sealed with a clear anti-tarnish coating to help protect the piece and provide a long-lasting hold to its finish.

MY PRODUCT BROKE, DO YOU PROVIDE REPLACEMENTS?

If you have any questions or need assistance with any of your piece(s), please send us an email with your name & order number here. We will make every effort to reply within 24 hours. If you have an image of the piece, please include this as well.
