Divine Supervision is looking for someone to support, optimize and grow our social media properties. With a core focus on community management, content planning and reporting analytics.


  • Manage all brand social channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter
  • Manage social accounts and regularly respond to all direct message requests and comments on the platform.
  • Works closely with the Creative Director to collaborate on needs for Instagram account including writing captions, posting to stories, community management, asset development and partnership content
  • Work closely with Creative team on planning daily/weekly/monthly social content calendar across brand social channels
  • Works closely with Creative team to create unique Instagram Content
  • Proactively and reactively responds to customer inquiries on social platforms to ensure clients requests are received and executed upon in a timely manner and in accordance with our guidelines
  • Build out Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube strategy for the brand in close partnership with Executive team
  • Exercises speed, judgment and escalates questions/issues to the team as needed
  • Develop best-in-class process and system for customer responses
  • Partners with the team to identify and cultivate brand ambassadors, expand community of advocates and influencer outreach
  • Provides copywriting support for content on brand social channels
  • Monitors global news and current events and how it relates to and effects brand social channels and content
  • Working with social insights tools to keep a close eye on content, constantly aware of what is performing (or what is not) and continuing to optimize
  • Record day-to-day performance for all brand social franchises and create weekly analysis to identify key trends, ROI, and revenue drivers
  • Create Monthly recap reports to be shared with Executive team of overall social performance
  • Work closely with team to measure success of influencer partnership
  • Track & report social metrics & KPIs


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • Position requires 2-3 years of social media / community management experience
  • Should be a self-starter and have a keen ability to work on multiple projects with multiple cross-functional partners and teams
  • Must be consumer-obsessed, eager to engage with our audience on a daily basis with a fundamental interest in community and trends
  • Must be organized and highly detail-oriented, double-checking work with unprompted follow-through
  • Should demonstrate a passion for the fashion industry
  • Experience working at innovative, fast-paced startups or an indie brand is a plus

The graphic designer will be responsible for creating design concepts for seasonal product messages that show up across Divine Supervision experience. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative team and will be responsible for owning projects from concept through to completion.


Create well-designed, quality content, advertising, and branded materials across multiple channels including but not limited to email, social media, web and print.

Assist with copy and graphics for projects including, but not limited to, campaigns, emails & eCommerce assets, PR kits, promotions, and other marketing materials.

Work closely with Divine Supervision team members to support product naming and branding projects, providing original ideas and creative input

Management of deadlines and assignments

Proof all copy and graphics to ensure accuracy of information and mechanics of writing, which includes punctuation, spelling, structure and organization

Must be able to prioritize while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Must always adhere to quality and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where innovation, creativity, a positive attitude, growth, passion and fun are valued

Utilize a consistent, compelling and brand-appropriate voice throughout all communications

Work with the creative team to expand upon the brand’s existing visual style

Inspire new creative ideas, out of the box design concepts that push the brand forward visually

Work with the Creative team to produce cohesive, engaging concepts for social media ensuring the feed is visually pleasing, produce photo/video content graphics across multiple channels that capture the attention of existing and new customers

  • Gather reference and inspiration for mood boards
  • Produce weekly email blasts
  • Digital asset production across social media, email blasts, e-commerce, printed media, packaging and digital advertising
  • Presentation of concepts and finalized content to key members, revising work based on feedback
  • Be proactive, as well as others on the team


BFA in Graphic Design or related area

Minimum experience: 2-4 years experience

A love for typography and a wide knowledge of various design styles, a must

Ability to be both creative and technical

Organized with the ability to manage numerous projects, tight turnaround times, scheduling conflicts, revisions and technical challenges effectively

Work collaboratively and independently when needed

Ability to sustain professional demeanor despite unscheduled work, revisions and short timetables

Enthusiasm for the creative and technical processes

Desire to explore, understand and use new software and other technological advancements related to our business

Ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback
